Joan is the author of Blazing Your Own Trail: A Guide for Women on the Way Up and Ready, Set, PLAN, Go!: Strategies to Accelerate Your Success. She is also host of "Building a Blockbuster Business" on PIVTR radio.
Joan is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and many business associations throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. She also is a board member of The Robert and Joan Dircks Foundation, the College of Mount Saint Vincent, and the Chester County Workforce Investment Board. In addition, she is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator throughout the nation.
Joan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She resides in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
DAVID HERDLINGER Co-founder of Kashbox Coaching Has been providing personal and corporate coaching and organizational development services to individuals and organizations worldwide for more than a decade. He has helped thousands of executives and professionals at all levels and in all types of organizations unleash their potential and achieve more than they ever dreamed possible.
David's prior work experiences include managing partner of a law firm, prosecutor, judge, law school faculty member, special consultant to an attorney general, healthcare business executive, and organizational development consultant. He is the author of Healing a Hospital: The Turnaround At Southeast Georgia Health System and 10.5 Reasons Why Even Top-Notch Executive Fail, And How To Make Sure It Doesn't Happen To You. In addition, he is a member of numerous organizations and a popular speaker.
David holds degrees in communications and law from the University of Arkansas. He lives on Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
